Privacy and text message terms

Desert Edge Lawn Care (TEST) ("we") provides lawn care in Mesa, Gilbert, and Tempe and nearby. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the terms for text messages we send.
What we collect
- What you give us when you call, text, email, or fill out our quote form: your name, phone number, city or address, email, photos, and details about the work you want done.
- Basic technical data any website receives, such as your browser type and the pages you visit.
How we use it
Only to respond to you, prepare your quote, schedule and do the work, and follow up about your service. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who helps us
We use a few service providers to run the business. They handle your information only to provide their service to us: Strahm Digital (the company that built this website and delivers your quote request to us by email), Cloudflare (website hosting).
Text messages
When we text you. If you call, text, or fill out our form, we may text you about your request: to collect details for your quote, schedule your service, and follow up.
Frequency. Message frequency varies with your conversation, usually a few messages per request.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out anytime. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or call (480) 555-0100.
No sharing. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you, and delete them when you ask. Ask us and we'll delete yours.
